This privacy policy has been prepared pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 “on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)” and updates previous versions issued before now.

This privacy policy applies exclusively to the online activities of the website www.bestinhealth.eu and is only valid for the visitors/users of the site. It does not apply to information collected through different channels by the same Data Controller.

Navigation data are acquired by the computer systems and software procedures of this website for its normal operation. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This data is collected on the basis of the user’s explicit consent, expressed through persistent navigation on the site (conclusive behaviour).

The data provided by the user will be used to respond to the requests sent.

Sending requests or queries constitutes a positive action of consent to the use of the data to answer and/or respond to the queries raised.

The Data are processed at the Data Controller’s premises.

7. DURATION OF PROCESSING

Data are processed for the time necessary to carry out the service requested by the user, or for the time required by the specific purposes described above.

With regard to the processing of data for the purpose of responding to requests, the data will be processed until contact is made with the user.

The data in question will only be communicated to third parties involved in the management of the site.
