Vice-President of Best in Health, Andrea Stefanelli is a lawyer and has been active for many years in the field of public procurement and, in particular, contracts and concessions in the health sector.
In the course of his activity, he has acquired in-depth professional experience in all the processes involved in public procurement, from the design phase/choice of the object of the tender to the drafting/participation in a public procedure, up to the executive phase of the contract (and all related issues).
He has been a consultant to both Public Administrations and economic operators, a speaker at numerous conferences and the author of articles published in several trade magazines.
Within Best in Health he manages public-private partnership projects, innovative tenders, concessions, availability contracts and any other legal issues that may arise in relation to the activities carried out by Best in Health for its clients.
